A film about real work · Starke, Florida

Websites that pay for themselves.

I'm Gage Howard. I run an excavation company here in Starke, and I build websites that make contractors' phones ring. One booked job usually covers the whole site. Everything you're about to scroll through is my own work: the dirt and the websites.

Most web designers have never invoiced a customer for dirt work.

I have. That footage on the right is not a stock clip. It's our machines on one of our own jobs.

My excavation company's website is what keeps those machines running. It brings in the driveways, the land clearing, the site prep. I didn't hire an agency to build it. I built it myself, and it works. Go look: jghenterprisesfl.com.

So when you tell me your phone isn't ringing, I don't need it explained. I know what a slow month feels like, what a booked-out month is worth, and exactly what a customer needs to see before they call you instead of the next guy. That's the website I build. Nothing fancy for fancy's sake, everything aimed at the phone ringing.

CH.04 · The Math

The math is short.

A Foundation buildComplete website, live in about 7 days $1,000
One average job for most contractorsA driveway, a roof repair, an acre cleared, a service call $1,000 to $6,000+
Jobs it takes to pay for the siteAfter that, every call it brings in is profit One

No made-up statistics, no "10x your leads" promises. Just the honest arithmetic: if the site books you a single job, it's paid for. Everything after that is why you keep it.

If your customers search their town plus what you do, I build your site.

If your trade isn't up there, call anyway. Dirt work taught me most trades run on the same math.

Built in Starke. Not outsourced anywhere.

When you call, you get me. Not a project manager, not a call center, not a subcontractor overseas. I live and work in Bradford County: Starke, Lawtey, Lake Butler, Keystone Heights, and everywhere in between.

Not local? A phone works the same everywhere. I've built for businesses I've never shaken hands with, but they'd all tell you it felt like I was down the road.

CH.08 · Straight Answers

The questions everybody asks.

What does a website actually cost?

Foundation is $1,000 flat. Growth is $1,999 flat. Authority starts at $4,000 and gets quoted after we talk. No surprise fees. Every package lists exactly what's in it.

How fast can I be live?

Foundation sites launch about 7 days after I have your content. Growth and Authority builds run 2 to 3 weeks depending on scope.

What do you need from me?

Photos of your work (phone photos are fine), your services list, your service area, and license and insurance info if you have it. That's the whole list.

Do I have to write anything?

No. You talk, I write. We cover it all in one phone call, and you'll approve every word before launch.

What about hosting and my domain?

I walk you through both at launch. You'll own your own domain, and I'll set you up so you're never held hostage by a web company. Ongoing updates run through the monthly maintenance plan, a separate paid add-on.

What's the AI search thing about?

Your customers now ask ChatGPT and Google AI who to hire. Growth and Authority builds are structured (AEO plus schema) so AI can read your site and recommend you. And when we talk, I'll run your business through it live so you can see where you stand.
